CH&Co is a growing financial services management consulting firm that offers solutions to leading financial services institutions around the world.  As a relative newcomer, this thriving firm needed to find a way to attract the best talent from the top schools. 

Finding the unique employer proposition

We conducted extensive interviews with new hires, head hunters and the HR department to understand what’s different and unique and working at the firm in Hong Kong and beyond.
We then crafted their employer brand proposition around one singular idea - "Join the Adventure".

Developing the careers materials  

We worked with creative partners to develop their careers website, brochures and materials for recruitment initiatives and career fairs.
