CH&Co has grown from a small financial services consulting firm in Paris to a 400 strong firm with offices in New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Japan, Montreal, Geneva and Singapore. As this exponential growth continued, the Partners recognized the need to define their business strategy and develop their brand to attract leading talent and new clients.

Interviews with consultants, clients and the firms’ partners revealed that the firm had a uniquely inclusive, passionate and hands-on culture. Their approach to client problems was also unique in that they design, create and then fully implement their recommendations. Unlike other management consulting firms, the consultants at CH&Co not only bring expert thinking and ideas, but also implement them in practice – something which few consulting firms do today.

We positioned the firm's brand around the idea of seizing the full potential of financial services. Its essence was grounded in the core idea that they design, create and implement lasting results that are not only game changing but also make sense in practice. We revised the language in their website and brochure to reflect the new brand positioning, and sourced and guided an ad agency to create a new visual identity, deliverable templates and business cards.
