Edipresse Media is a global media company that publishes 130 titles across Europe and Asia, including Asia Tatler, Landmark Magazine and Revolution. A shift from print to digital, a refocus on content and a whole new geographic playing field were just some of the challenges the team at Edipresse Media were facing.

Defining a new vision

We worked with the leadership team in a facilitated workshop to define the vision, mission and values which would act as guiding principles for the firm’s growth. These needed to be not only credible today but also aspirational for 
the future.

The new mission and vision defined a new frame of reference and competitive space for the firm which went beyond how media is defined today and now provides new guiding principles for the firm’s business strategy.
