Sourcing Boutique is a trading partner for domestic appliances, working with private label retail brands across the world. They came to us to define their brand strategy and communications messages to build clarity around their unique selling proposition and business focus.
We conducted interviews with the executive team, retailers and factories to understand the unique strengths of the firm. What we found was that, unlike other trading partners, Sourcing Boutique is well respected and loved by their clients for their ability to work with them as a partner - integrating consumer trend research with product sourcing ideas and delivering these in a highly personalised and professional manner, paying meticulous attention to quality control and end consumer satisfaction.
SOURCING WITH HEART
We honed in on the insight that Sourcing Boutique is driven by a desire to source products that matter to consumers, to business and to life. We defined the brand proposition as "Sourcing with Heart", grounded in the values of caring about details, helping retailers win share of wallet and heart and bringing expertise they can count on. From there, we articulated their communications messages and direct marketing.

We conducted domestic appliance and consumer trend research to develop consumer innovation platforms for Sourcing Boutique to develop consumer-driven solutions for their clients, giving them significant competitive advantage.
